CBRE has been selected by Santee Cooper to exclusively market Campus One at Camp Hall, an 88-acre land tract, within the master-planned industrial community located outside of Charleston in Ridgeville, S.C. Camp Hall is a next-generation commerce park designed to meet the technical needs for a modern industrial community. The site is fully entitled and serviced, with additional enhancements in process.

CBRE’s Bob Barrineau, Brendan Redeyoff, Markus Kastenholz, and Trey Pennington have been selected to market the property for development to a wide range of industrial and commercial real estate users and developers on behalf of Santee Cooper.

“We’re very excited to market this tract for sale as it is part of such a unique industrial park with amenities developers are looking for and excellent infrastructure,” said Barrineau, senior vice president at CBRE. “Camp Hall offers a variety of options for companies with site development opportunities of 10 to 30 acres. A brand new I-26 interchange will be complete in early 2019.”

Currently under development, Camp Hall will include a village center with spaces for small businesses and conveniences designed to meet the modern demands of the workplace, including park-wide Wi-Fi connectivity, healthcare, dry cleaning, childcare, convenience store, banking, and a fitness center. Amenities will include an event lawn and park, a play field and trails for walking and biking. As Camp Hall’s first industrial user, Volvo’s first U.S. manufacturing plant is at the site.
