Wellness Beyond Fifty To Lead Diabetes Prevention Program

Wellness Beyond Fifty, LLC, a Charleston-based company that provides health coaching to individuals across North America, will be offering Prevent T2, a diabetes prevention program, starting in January of 2018. Lisa Burbage, a national board-certified health and wellness coach, will be leading the program.

Prevent T2 is a Centers for Disease Control (CDC)-approved curriculum program proven to prevent or delay Type 2 Diabetes and other chronic diseases. The year-long program is comprised of 16 bi-weekly meetings over the course of the first six months and then one meeting per month over the course of the second six months. Total cost is $497.

The first class will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, from 6 to 7 p.m., at 14 Lockwood Drive in downtown Charleston. Parking is free. For more information, contact Lisa at 843-781-2981 or email lisa@wellnessBeyondFity.com.
