Leadership Charleston Announces Class Of 2019

Aug 08, 2018 04:15PM ● By Kathleen Maris
Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Charleston, a highly sought-after professional development opportunity established in 1974, announces the Class of 2019.

Leadership Charleston’s mission is to identify and motivate emerging leaders and to develop their leadership potential by introducing them to the realities, opportunities, and challenges of our civic and business communities.

"It has been an absolute pleasure and delight to be a part of Leadership Charleston this year," said Kaneshi Hart, Class of 2018. "One of my favorite things about Leadership Charleston was the incredible new contacts and friendships that I made throughout this program. In the future, I hope to be an advocate for the community and a voice in our region to improve the area in which we live and work."

The 45th Leadership Charleston class will experience the power of working with other community leaders and organizations for positive growth and advancement of the region. Upon graduating in May 2019, class members will become Leadership Charleston Alumni, a distinguished group of leaders that includes Chamber Board of Directors, elected officials, and prominent local leaders.

We appreciate the support of Leadership Charleston's premier sponsors, Pinnacle Financial Partners and Roper St. Francis Healthcare, and training sponsor, Positively People.
