The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce announces the selection of Kelly Killeen-Haupt as membership engagement director. She will be reporting directly to the vice president of membership.
Before joining the Chamber team, Killeen-Haupt worked in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years with the last seven years in the private club business. In this role, she earned rising star and super star recognition for two years and earned Club 100 status for exceeding sales goals out of all 250 clubs.
In her new role as membership engagement director, she will work to build relationships with current members and introduce new members into the work that the Chamber does through advocacy, talent, and leadership.
"We are very excited to have Kelly on board," said Tim Rogers, vice president of membership. "As a former employee for a Chamber member, she brings a unique perspective to our members and we have no doubt that her passion for the work that we do will shine brightly as membership engagement director."
Killeen-Haupt, originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, came to Charleston in 2003.
