William Russell

Will Russell brings over 30 years of experience in corporate financial management and captive insurance company management. A CPA and a Clemson graduate, he oversees firm operations, prepares tax returns, and conducts audits, reviews, and compilations for diverse clients. His background includes designing treasury systems, alternative financing structures, and cash-flow models, as well as managing more than 30 captive insurance clients with assets exceeding $500 million. He has led due diligence and acquisition integrations and served in leadership roles with Wachovia’s Corporate Client Advisory Board, the Greater Summerville/Dorchester Chamber, and the Charleston Regional Development Alliance. A frequent national and international speaker, Russell is also a past president of the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association and remains active in AICPA and SCCIA.
