NAI Charleston announces that Scott Peevy, CCIM represented the seller in the sale of 105 Central Avenue in Goose Creek, SC. 105 Central Avenue is a 100 percent leased, multi-tenant office park. The property is comprised of three buildings totaling ±11,500 square feet. The property sold for $1,950,000.

Peevy also brokered two other 1031 Exchange purchases in recent months. In December, he represented the buyer in the $905,000 sale-leaseback of the NNN Marco’s Pizza building at 443 Silver Bluff Road in Aiken, S.C., and in August he represented the buyer in the $1,860,000 purchase of the Dollar General building at 1190 Peach Orchard Road in Sumter, S.C.
