Markus Kastenholz is a managing director at Colliers International's Charleston office. Kastenholz joined Colliers’ Charleston office in 2019 as a vice president. He is a member of the CCIM Institute (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and has been a member of the Professional Standards Board at Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS (CTAR) for 15 years. He previously served as president of both the Commercial Investment Division and the Commercial Multiple Listing Service of CTAR. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Kastenholz moved to Naples, Florida to become the CFO for a family office with a commercial real estate portfolio with assets ranging from office parks, to flex industrial, to beachfront resort hotels. He moved to Charleston in 2003, and prior to joining Colliers, Kastenholz was a first vice president with CBRE for 16 years, specializing in land and investment property sales.
