LS3P Hires New Business Developmen Professional, Hunter Macdonald, in Charleston

Architecture, interiors, and planning firm LS3P announces that Hunter Macdonald has joined the firm as a business development professional in its Charleston office. In her role at LS3P, Macdonald will support the firm’s continued growth in the Charleston market and serve clients throughout the region.

Macdonald brings experience in business development, real estate strategy, and design-build project management, with a background supporting projects from concept through delivery. Her work spans office, industrial, mixed-use, commercial interiors, residential, and historic preservation projects, with a focus on community-driven, design-focused development. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and the College of Charleston Honors College.

Macdonald has played a leading role in advancing community engagement initiatives in Charleston by developing partnerships with local organizations, preservation groups, and neighborhood stakeholders to support community-driven development. She has planned and hosted symposiums and engagement workshops that brought together artisans, students from the American College of the Building Arts, and residents to support collaborative placemaking.

Macdonald is actively involved in the Charleston community through organizations including CREW Charleston, the Junior League, ULI, and the Charleston Library Society, and through volunteer service with Windwood Family Services, MUSC, Kids on Point, the College of Charleston, and HEART Math Tutoring.
