Colliers | South Carolina Announces the Promotions of Kathryn Harward and Cole Myers

Colliers | South Carolina has announced the promotion of Kathryn Harward and Cole Myers in the firm’s Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division in the Charleston office.

Harward has been promoted to assistant director of Real Estate Management Services, where she will lead and mentor a team of commercial property management professionals in Charleston while focusing on the pursuit of new business opportunities and assignments. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing standardized policies and procedures, business plans, best practices and strategic initiatives designed to strengthen asset performance and maximize returns for property owners.

Myers has been promoted to property manager. In his new role, he will oversee operating budgets, financial performance, vendor and service contracts, capital improvement projects, and day-to-day property operations. He will work closely with engineering, accounting, leasing and project management teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance property value, maximize tenant satisfaction and maintain each property to the highest standards. Through proactive communication, operational excellence and customized solutions, he will help clients achieve their investment goals and drive long-term asset performance.
