Chris Magaldi

Chris Magaldi is a principal and the Charleston regional director of Thomas & Hutton. He joined Thomas & Hutton in 2012 and was named a shareholder in 2015. Magaldi was named Charleston Regional Director in 2022, With over 27 years of experience in project development, he has served a key role in projects such as WestEdge, Summers Corner, and Point Hope. He is an active member of American Society of Civil Engineers, Civil Engineering Club of Charleston, SC Economic Developers Association, Charleston Home Builders Association, and the Urban Land Institute. Magaldi currently serves on the Charleston Regional Development Alliance executive board, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce board, and the MUSC Heart and Vascular Center Advisory board and is a member of the First Tee of Greater Charleston Facilities Committee and chair of the CRDA Organizational Engagement Committee.
