I'm Caroline Roche, founder of CR Studio Management. For the past three years I've worked with wedding photographers, fixing the behind-the-scenes chaos of pricing, workflows, and client experience so they can focus on their craft instead of running the business. I've done that for 16 photographers now, which is how my repeatable framework, PACE, came to be — which takes a photographer from reactive and overwhelmed to structured and confident in four months. My long-term goal is to build on that foundation, growing into a small team so I can spend more of my time on strategy and system design, the part of this work I love most. Charleston is home, and giving back here matters to me just as much as the work I do for clients. That means supporting local farmers and small businesses, volunteering at local animal shelters, and staying involved at my church.
