Protect your standards early. Not every opportunity is aligned, and saying yes to everything will dilute your brand and your energy. The best advice I’ve received is to be clear on who you serve, how you serve them, and the level at which you operate, and then hold that line with confidence. When you do, the right clients find you, your work becomes more intentional, and your business grows with purpose instead of pressure.
Naturally, building my business from the ground up stands as my greatest accomplishment, and being named a 40 Under 40 honoree is a meaningful recognition within that journey.
