Rebecca Kincaid is a good ol’ Georgia girl who grew up on a sweet potato farm in South Georgia. Since 2012, she has made Greenville her home, sharing a joyful life with her husband, Pate, and their three children. Though she left Atlanta reluctantly, she now wholeheartedly embraces the blessings of Greenville, cherishing its welcoming people, vibrant town, and family-friendly environment.
Kincaid is also a dedicated and highly skilled financial adviser with extensive experience in retirement income planning, life insurance, long-term care solutions, and tax-efficient retirement strategies. She holds a Series 65 license along with state licenses in property, casualty, life, and health insurance. In 2010, Kincaid earned the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from The American College, reflecting her deep commitment to providing expert financial guidance.
When she’s not helping clients secure their financial futures, she enjoys traveling the globe with Pate and their three children, Ava, Temple, and Finley.
The best advice I’ve received is to lead with service. When you own a business, you’re not just responsible for operations — you’re stewarding people. Your employees, their families, and the families you serve all sit at your table. With that comes trust, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. If you focus on serving well and inspiring others, everything else follows.
I’ve learned the power of investing in and inspiring your team. Motivation can be temporary, but true inspiration creates lasting alignment with your mission. When your team and the families you serve believe in what you’re building, they become an extension of that vision. For me, that foundation is being Christ-centered — leading with purpose, integrity, and a commitment to serving others well.
