How do you define leadership?

Leadership is the ability to inspire, guide, and influence others toward a shared goal while demonstrating integrity and accountability. It involves setting a clear vision, making sound decisions, and empowering others to succeed. Effective leadership is rooted in service, adaptability, and trust, creating an environment where individuals can grow and contribute. Ultimately, leadership is about driving results while developing people and fostering a culture of purpose and collaboration.

What one thing have you learned that has served you well over the years?

One thing I’ve learned that has served me well is the importance of consistency. Showing up, doing the work, and maintaining discipline, especially when things are challenging, builds trust, credibility, and results over time. Consistency creates stability in both leadership and performance, and it allows progress even when outcomes aren’t immediate.
