My journey with photography started when my first daughter was born - 15 years ago.
Classically trained as a graphic designer, I was excited to apply my understanding of composition, color theory, and framing to my new medium.
The first five years of photography was spent capturing images of families, couples, and weddings in Savannah and Miami.
When I was pregnant with my third kiddo, Robert, I traded weddings for commercial photography. This allowed me to work a more traditional 9-5. I had the honor to travel and create imagery for companies in San Francisco, Seattle, and New York.
During these last 10 years of commercial work, I was flown to various conferences to speak and lead workshops, taught photoshop for Adobe, and even published a book.
