/The Conversation Coach

Posted Tuesday, December 23, 2025 5:50 pm

I work with individuals, executives, and leaders to transform how they inspire, influence, and achieve success—one conversation at a time.

Conversations are not just words; they’re dynamic exchanges that shape how we connect, influence emotions, and even impact how our brain builds trust and collaboration. Conversations are powered by electrical signals in the brain, known as action potentials, that shape how neurons connect and communicate. Over time, these connections “wire together,” forming patterns that determine how we think, feel, and behave in any given situation. The good news? If specific patterns aren’t serving us, the brain’s ability to adapt means we can rewire them, creating new, more effective communication and connection methods.

My approach, grounded in neuroscience and psychology, helps clients boost their emotional intelligence, change their communication patterns, and improve their connections, strategic thinking, and decision-making.

When communication breaks down, it can leave us feeling stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected. I partner with my clients in a reflective and co-creative process to reset and reconfigure how they communicate. Whether preparing for high-stakes conversations, navigating relationships, or stepping into leadership with greater confidence, I work with clients to help them uncover the tools and strategies that work for their unique needs and goals. Together, we create a path that empowers them to succeed on their terms, fostering meaningful relationships and lasting results.
