After our call we can schedule one of our Service Professionals to arrive at your home to physically assess the job with a 30 day guarantee estimate.
We are licensed, insured and bonded. All of our professionals are background checked. They wear uniforms, arrive in clearly marked vans and you are alerted via text and email when they leave for your home and when they arrive. The text and email will provide you with a picture of the Service Professional assigned to your job. They would present you with an estimate plus materials that you can say yes or no to. If yes, you sign the pending invoice, and we'll go to work then or if materials need to be ordered, we’ll schedule for a future date. At the end of the job, we'll go over what we did, ask if you are satisfied with the work (we have a one year Done Right Guarantee). If you are satisfied, we'll have you sign the final invoice and take payment. It's that simple.
