Craniosacral Therapy (CST): CST is a gentle touch therapy used by palpating the bones of the "cranio" skull and "sacral" tailbone to allow cerebrospinal fluid to move more freely. this allows the mind-body to regulate the nervous system, promoting the body's natural ability to self-heal. benefits include an unwinding of neurological patterns, more efficient responses to internal & external worlds, better ability to self-regulate, reduced physical pain, restoration of musculoskeletal range of motion, and recovery of an embodied sense of self. this service is an excellent resource for trauma therapy.

CST Program for TMJD: This is a 5 week Craniosacral Therapy program for people struggling with TMJ Disorder. Each week will have a 30 minute craniosacral session, as well as mind-body "homework" (stretching, somatic work, energetic & emotional work, etc). The homework is for personal growth and to cultivate more mind-body awareness between the pelvis & the jaw, not to turn into the Practitioner.

Ayurveda Wellness Consult: take a comprehensive look at your overall mind-body-soul wellness from an Ayurvedic perspective. Recommendations of appropriate foods, lifestyle, exercise, yoga, breathwork, massage, and herbal medicine specific to your individual body composition (dosha) + current health. sessions are an hour and a half, and although they sometimes only take an hour, please allow for the full time of the session for a more thorough consultation.
