The Effingham County Victim Witness Program is a 501(c)(3) agency providing advocacy and assistance for victims and witnesses of violent crimes in Rincon, Springfield, Guyton, and the surrounding areas. Established in 1989, EVWAP has assisted thousands of people who have experienced and/or witnessed violence. Their mission is to assist victims and witnesses, empowering them to live healthy and functional lifestyles after their trauma.
