Dr. Hatch earned her doctor of dental medicine from the University of Alabama in Birmingham Dental School. During her dentistry studies, Dr. Hatch was recognized as the American Student Dental Association President.

Dedicated to lifelong learning, Dr. Hatch retains memberships in the American Dental Association, the State of Georgia Dental Association, the Savannah Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Additionally, Dr. Hatch has completed numerous post-doctoral training programs including a 15 hour dental esthetics continuum and training in short term orthodontics, Botox and dermal fillers, and dental sleep medicine for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

Dr. Hatch was raised in a tight-knit family and was the oldest of four children. Her husband, David, is a native of Rome, GA. They enjoy listening to music and attending concerts.
