Frampton Construction Company, LLC, a regional full-service construction firm providing planning and design support, preconstruction, construction services, and sustainability services throughout the Carolinas, has completed construction on the 10,000-square foot Seely Pavilion and event lawn at The Omni Grove Park Inn in Asheville, N.C. The Seely Pavilion honors the style of the hotel’s historic Main Inn and provides the high-profile resort with a prime venue for business and social events.

Featuring a heavy Douglas fir timber structure with indigenous dry-stack stone columns, polished concrete flooring, a large stone fireplace and full-height glass curtain walls, the multi-purpose facility offers panoramic views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and overlooks the Donald Ross-designed golf course.
