Qi Gong (“chee gong”) focuses on building personal bio-electricity
Qi Gong is the skill of “working with energy;” a mind-body-spirit practice that improves mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent while clearing blocks from your energy. While other forms of fitness focus on building your physical body, Qi Gong focuses on building your bio-electricity. Classes consists of 30-40 minutes of deep breathing, warmup, stretching, activation, and slow flowing movements. No special equipment needed.
