With continued practice, Mindfulness becomes a baseline of awareness for emotional and physical wellbeing. It is also an essential skill to bring to all of your relationships. As a life-discipline, Mindfulness leads to a larger, more truthful perspective of reality. This mindfulness class is appropriate for first-time attendees as well as returning participants.
