This group is designed to teach individuals and their families and friends how to successfully manage diabetes. It is free to attend and professional staff includes a Registered Nurse and Certified Diabetes Educator along with a guest speaker. Our programs are designed to provide information on nutrition, medication, and blood glucose testing and complication prevention.
