Sep 25, 2018 11:56AM ● By Kathleen Maris

NAI Charleston announces that Broker Scott Peevy has completed the leasing assignment at Tupelo Bend Office Park located at 3417 Maybank Highway on Johns Island. NAI Charleston represented the landlord and developer, New Leaf Builders, in the leasing process.

Tupelo Bend Office Park consists of four newly developed, eco-friendly buildings which commenced construction in 2017-2018. Tupelo Park was designed with the character and lifestyle of Johns Island in mind. The development sustainable features include rainwater harvesting for irrigation, bioretention centers planted with natural vegetation, and radiant roof barriers.

“It was a pleasure to be involved with such a unique and forward-thinking project like Tupelo Bend Office Park,” said Peevy. “The developers, New Leaf Builders, set the bar high in the rapidly-emerging Johns Island market with this unique eco-friendly office park.”

Building A is entirely occupied by New Leaf Builders, Building B is occupied by Carolina One Real Estate (±1,560-square-feet) and Marine Mammal Foundation (±1,460-square-feet), Building C is entirely occupied by Remedy Internal Medicine and Wellness (±2,726-square-feet), and Building D is partially occupied by Sweetgrass Orthodontics (±1,488-square-feet).

The owner has retained a portion of the property for executive office suites available for lease.
