Horry-Georgetown Technical College’s new International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach (designed in association with Mozingo + Wallace Architects, LLC), which serves as an iconic gateway building for the campus. It won first place in the “institutional” category.

Riley Park Club at RiverDogs Stadium in Charleston, which offers both game-day amenities and high-end special event space. It won second place in the “singular space” category.

Sky Garden in Charleston, a 94-unit student apartment complex with rooftop garden and skyline views. It received an honorable mention in the “multi-unit residence” category.
