Low Country Case & Millwork Expands Operations

Mar 29, 2018 03:56PM ● By Kathleen Maris
Low Country Case & Millwork (LCCM), a manufacturer and installer of commercial casework and millwork, is expanding its existing Charleston County operations. The company is projected to bring $7 million of capital investment and create at least 10 new jobs.

Established in 1990, LCCM offers custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and institutional casework. As a turnkey operation, all company products are manufactured in-house and can be installed by trained field technicians.

Currently located at 3270 Benchmark Drive in Ladson, S.C., the company is constructing a new, 52,000-square-foot facility off of Palmetto Commerce Parkway to accommodate new employees and the capacity for larger projects. The project is expected to be complete in the second quarter of 2018.

"All of us at LCCM are very excited to move our operations into Palmetto Commerce Park," said CEO David Stasiukaitis. "Our new facility will give us the space we need to achieve greater efficiency and volume. In turn, this will allow us to meet the high demand for our products throughout South Carolina. We are very fortunate to be located in such a business-friendly state that supports job creation and growth."

"South Carolina's workforce continues to exhibit an unmatched level of excellence," said Gov. Henry McMaster. "As a result, existing firms, like Low Country Case & Millwork, are finding success here and choosing to strengthen their commitment to our state."
